Agreement
These Terms apply to visitors, account holders, and anyone who submits a delivery request on WeGugo.
1) The service
WeGugo provides a platform to request and manage courier deliveries, including job creation, status updates, and related features.
2) Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity on your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3) Delivery requests
When you submit a delivery request, you agree that pickup/drop-off information and contact details may be shared with parties involved in fulfilment.
You must ensure addresses and instructions are correct.
Prohibited items: Do not request deliveries that include illegal, dangerous, or restricted items.
4) Pricing and estimates
Any pricing shown (including estimates) may vary based on distance, package size, availability, and operational constraints.
An estimate is not a final quote unless explicitly stated.
5) Acceptable use
- No misuse, scraping, or interference with the platform.
- No fraudulent requests or impersonation.
- No uploading malicious code or attempting to bypass security.
6) Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
7) Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeGugo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
