These delivery terms apply to orders placed via WeguGo.com and outline how deliveries are handled between customers and merchants (restaurants and shops).
Order Fulfilment
All deliveries are the responsibility of the merchant. WeguGo provides the platform for ordering but does not prepare, package, or deliver goods.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are provided by the merchant. Actual delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or other external factors.
Delivery Areas
Merchants define their own delivery zones. If you are outside the delivery area, your order may not be accepted or delivered.
Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are set by the merchant and displayed before checkout. These may vary by distance, time, or order value.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive the order, the delivery may be cancelled and you may still be charged. It is your responsibility to be available at the delivery location during the estimated window.
