WeguGo.com acts as a platform connecting customers with independent restaurants and shops. Each business is responsible for fulfilling orders and handling refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item(s)
  • Your order was not delivered
  • Items were missing from your order
  • The food or product was unsafe or unfit for consumption

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the restaurant or shop directly through the WeguGo order page or chat
  • Provide your order number and explain the issue clearly
  • Attach photos if applicable (e.g. incorrect or damaged items)

4. Refund Process

Once the restaurant or shop approves the refund, we will process it through the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–7 working days to appear on your statement.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after the order has been accepted by the business
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Delayed delivery due to factors outside the business’s control
