Merchant Terms – WeguGo.com

These Merchant Terms govern the use of WeguGo.com by restaurants, shops, and other businesses offering services or products on our platform.

1. Registration & Approval

Merchants must complete a registration process and be approved by WeguGo before their listings go live. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Ensure all menu or product listings are accurate, including pricing and availability.
  • Manage order preparation, packaging, and fulfillment in a timely manner.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and legal standards according to local regulations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints received through the platform.

3. Commission & Payments

WeguGo does not charge a percentage commission. Merchants set their own prices and retain 100% of order revenue unless otherwise agreed under paid services or support subscriptions.

4. Branding & Mobile App

Merchants may choose to operate under their own branded mobile app provided by WeguGo. The merchant is responsible for branding materials, logos, and app details.

5. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove merchant accounts for violations of these terms, poor customer service, or failure to fulfill orders reliably.

6. Liability

WeguGo acts as a technology platform only. Each merchant is fully responsible for its operations, including compliance with food safety laws, health standards, and licensing requirements.

By continuing to use WeguGo, merchants agree to these terms and our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
